This beautiful dress has flutter sleeves, ruffle collar, back button yoke and sashes and is completely ready for you to do your smocking design. The bodice is completely lined but not attached at bottom to make for easy access to the back side for smocking. It is made of 100% fine cotton pique. machine wash and dry.
