Personal information collected by Buttons 'N' Bows is for purposes related to purchases only. We do not keep your credit card information on file once the transaction is complete. We will not publish, transfer or sell any personal information. This is including but not limited to names, phone numbers, addresses, or e-mail addresses. Should you choose to sign-up for our e-mail newsletter, your information will remain confidential. Any requests for removal from the newsletter mailing list will be enacted upon immediately.
Packages will be shipped U.S. Mail unless they are too large or weigh over 10 lbs. Purchases over 10 lbs. will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS. All shipping charges are based on total order cost. If you have any question about rates or would like to order by phone please call us at 281-496-0170.
Items cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned unless they are defective or there is a shipping error on our part. No returns on custom made orders, patterns or smocking plates, sewing/quilting machines. All other merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Returns must be made within 14 days. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We accept secure online payments by credit card or PayPal. We can also take your credit card payment over the phone after you have placed your order. Orders will not be shipped until a payment has been made.
