Requirements:	Rotary cutter and mat, ,6 1/2"x 24 1/2" ruler, pins, fabric and quilting notions. Sewing machine and walking foot for your machine.

Instructor Bio:	Marjorie is the co-owner of Buttons n Bows and our expert on everything Smocking. She has been smocking since she was very young and has been teaching this class for at about 25 years. Many beautifully smocked outfits made by our customers are the result of her great class instruction.
